Outside Events
There are further opportunities for soloists to perform outside school - during April 2006, for example, Klementyna Zastawniak (M) gave a forty-five minute organ recital at Chelmsford Cathedral as part of the Cathedral Recital series performing works by Bruhns, Bach, Boellmann, Franck and Hindemith.
In December 2006 the Ampleforth Singers took themselves to Helmsley to sing Christmas Carols and raised nearly £300 for Jessie's Fund, a UK charity helping seriously ill and disabled children by using music as a form of communication and for therapy
