Basil Hume Scholarships
THE SCHEME SEEKS TO RECOGNISE AND REWARD THE ALL ROUND CONTRIBUTION TO SCHOOL LIFE BY REMARKABLE INDIVIDUALS.
The Basil Hume Scholarships are awarded for excellence in art, the theatre or sport for 13+ entrants. Additional skills in music, IT, design and technology or other extra curricular activities can also be taken into account towards the All-Rounder Scholarships.
Candidates who can demonstrate a strong commitment and exceptional ability in one area will receive a Basil Hume Scholarship for Excellence. Those who demonstrate outstanding ability in two areas can be considered for a Basil Hume All-Rounder Scholarship.
