5.30 pm                      Afternoon Prayer sung by the Schola Puellarum – Abbey Church

6.30 pm                      The Windmill open for the purchase of refreshments and supper

7.00 pm                      Performance of JM Barrie’s “The Admirable Crichton” - Main Theatre

8.30 pm                      Choral Mass sung by the Schola Cantorum - Abbey Church

9.15-11.00 pm          Jazz Evening with licensed bar - New Music School

11.15 pm                    Students must return to their Houses

9.00 am                      Conventual Mass (for those who wish to attend)

11.00 am                    Speeches and Prize Giving – St Alban Centre

12.00 noon                 Cricket:  1st XI v OACC – 1 day, minimum 20 overs in final hour

12.30 pm                    Buffet Lunch in Houses and in the Pavilion (1.30 pm)

2.00 pm                      Cricket:  2nd XI v OACC – 1 day, minimum 20 overs in final hour

2.00 pm                      Cricket:  Juniors v Parents

2.00 pm                      Golf:  Parent/Student pairs

2.00 pm                      Tennis:  Parents Doubles (mixed)

2.00-4.00 pm             Parent/Student Shooting Competition – Indoor Range

2.00-4.00 pm             Student demonstration of archery - Archery Range (open to all)

2.15-5.30 pm             Orchestra, Pro Musica and Ensembles Rehearsal – St Alban Centre

3.00-5.30 pm             The Windmill open for the purchase of soft drinks

3.30-5.00 pm             Tea Party on East Lawn of Gilling Castle

4.00 pm                      Quiz House Challenge Match – Students v Staff – The Library

4.00-5.00 pm             Mountaineering expedition:  North Peru 2009 presentation – Alcuin Room

Parents may see Tutors by appointment over the weekend.  The Library will be open (with many displays) 11.00 am–5.00 pm on Saturday and 11.00 am–1.00 pm on Sunday.  The Sunley Centre Exhibition is open from 12.30-4.00 pm on Saturday and 11.00 am-2.00 pm on Sunday.  The Computer Rooms are open from 2.00–4.00 pm on Saturday.
