The
Windmill was opened in 2006 as a social centre for the sixth form. It
is situated a short walk away from the College on East Lane, and
provides a welcome retreat for students where they can socialise
and relax with a drink and a snack during their free time. The two big
screen tvs are popular for watching sporting events and sixth form
student reps provide a voice in the running of Windmill.
Beautifully decorated with Robert "Mousey" Thompson wood panelling and
furniture, and enjoying spectacular views across the valley.
